Return Process

  Log into your Fox-One account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
